This Co Publishing Agreement is used by a publishing company to set out a co-publishing agreement with a writer and acquire the copyrights to songs by a writer. The contract sets forth the terms of the publisher's rights to exploit the acquired songs and the splitting the income derived from the "publishers" income 50/50 and providing for the writer to retain 100% of the income derived from the "writer's income".
