This system we have implemented allows Guild Masters to purchase actual areas all around the world and set them up as Guild Owned lands. Once a guild has been purchased currently for the flat price of 100K gold, they gain full control of that land and can set the zone to be hostile or passive so that if other players enter that area they will be immediatly flagged for World PvP. We have also allowed the Guild Master to flag their zone as Passive, creating a type of sanctuary for players
