My heart is full of joy! ❤️???????? These kids are so sweet. Since I was a child I dreamt of becoming a teacher. Unfortunately our current edu system is so backwards that I can't see my place in it ???? but I love to visit, especially if it's the school where I grew up. 3rd grade, PS45, teaching an English class. Thanks for the opportunity [id1933257|Ия Устинова] ????????????

Last photo for today, I promise :))) On the far right you can see Shaman's Rock. The reason it's called this way is because up until not too long ago a Shaman would perform rituals inside this rock. Yes, there's a cave! I actually found it and went inside but it's not the one I showed you in the video earlier. :) Tomorrow we are leaving the island to head back to Irkutsk from where we will depart to Mongolia. We may be out of Internet service for some time.
Ariyabal Meditation Temple on the top of the rock ????????????
Aryabala meditation temple was built in 1810-s by Mongolian and Tibetan artists in Gorkhit valley of present Terelj national park. It was destroyed by Soviets and than rebuilt again in 2000's.
Traveling Mongolia by car. On the way from the country's ancient capital, Kharkhorin (Karakorum).

We are back to Bangkok to pick up our visas to Myanmar!! Yay! It was much easier to get them then we expected. Tomorrow, we will start traveling North.

Wat Mahathat in the ancient capital of Thailand, Ayutthaya
Wat Phra Sri Sanphet and the Grand Palace, World Heritage Site Ayutthaya is a city in Thailand, about 80 kilometers north of Bangkok. It was capital of the Kingdom of Siam, and a prosperous international trading port, from 1350 until razed by the Burmese in 1767. The ruins of the old city now form the Ayutthaya Historical Park, an archaeological site that contains palaces, Buddhist temples, monasteries and statues. (Wiki)
Oh, those rocks were slippery!!! Doi Suthep - Pui National Park
One of the most sacred Temples of Northern Thailand, Wat Phra That Doi Suthep is located on a top of a mountain.

Some of you may have lost me. :) I am well.. actually so well that I didn't feel like using any social media distraction. :)) Accidentally and luckily we found a mountain village in the very north of Thailand where we ended up staying for 10 days (instead of 2 ☺️). It's actually not that easy to find a peaceful, quiet and authentic stay in Thailand. So when we did, we cherished each moment of it. Beautiful Akha hill tribe ????????????
Here, it really takes a whole village to raise a child. This or any other woman would stay with the baby while the mother was working. We went trekking in the area and visited other tribal villages - Yao, Lahu, Chinese, Thai. Each tribe would have their own language, culture and ethnicity. For example, Akha people are Christian. Their origin is Tibet but tribes could be found in the mountains of Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, etc.
TRUST... Trust in HUMANITY Stay centered See beyond limitations and fear Own back your individual power Imagine the world you want to live in Take peaceful actions (when you can) in the direction of your dreams P.S. We can't build something new on a pile of old sh$@. We have to get back to the core of our problems (individual and collective), face them, learn from them and make peace. No, "us vs them" game can no longer work. #changesahead #changesahead????????
Tranquil days on the island of Maak are over. We are in Delhi. Oh and ouch.. Let me just say it's interesting... ☺️
Hey friends! Here is a little update on our travel through India. We arrived to New Delhi last Tuesday and had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. ???? The whole country is experiencing a serious cash crisis which started just a few days before our arrival and is affecting everyone in this country, including tourists. Long story short - there's not enough cash available. Government banned old currency notes and is exchanging those for the new note bills. ATM's are either exhausted or have 4-5 hour

Colorful India Pushkar
Morning walks around the sacred Pushkar lake... Each circle is a new quest.
P.S. On this trip I've met most friendliest dogs (animals in general). Indian, Brazilian, Mongolian, Russian or Thai - they were all hungry for ❤️???????? even more than food. You know what's most important ☺️

Each moment of our precious lives we are faced to choose between two basic states of being - love (trust, acceptance, empowerment, abundance, self expression, unity, etc) and fear (control, regret, ignorance, disappointment, loneliness, separation, etc). It is not easy to always maintain peace and it's totally fine to swing both ways for as long as it "makes sense". After awhile, though, the "fear" costume becomes too small and we expand beyond it towards the unimaginable. #growthelovemuscle
Two days ago we arrived to Rishikesh, a very lovely city in the North of India. Very happy to be here. India has been rather intense for us. ???? This is a nice break before our final departure. #Himalayas #gangariver

Today we said 'good bye' to mama India. I can't believe I already miss that crazy place. ❤️???? Seriously, on the surface level she may seem overwhelming but there is something illogically special about her. I can't explain. One thing is for sure - she was my great teacher. ????????✨
Until next time! ❤️ #india #rishikesh
We just came back from a six day trek in Himalayas. This is one of the best things I've done in my life and definitely a highlight of our trip. #annapurnabasecamp
Annapurna, Himalayas, Nepal
We met and trekked with awesome people! This girl, Anna, actually went to collage and lived for a long time in my home town. How crazy is that?!
I can't get enough of these views. ☺️No filter, no special lens #himalayaslove #nepal
Enjoying our last few days in Nepal. Kathmandu. Happy to spend this holiday season with the family of my really good friend. ❤️ Love you, @rojigurung87

We've been in Yangon, the financial capital of Myanmar(Burma) for the last few days. The city itself is big, busy with a lot of colloquial architecture and street vendors. Its also hot, humid and green.. a Euro-Asian mix ☺️ #myanmar #yangon
Traditional closing, Longyi (a type of skirt worn by men and women) is still prevailing in the country. #yangon #myanmar #burma #longyi

A trek from Kalaw to Inle lake is another popular thing to do in Myanmar. We walked for two days passing through local tribal villages and pictures Shan state views. We had an amazing guide and a fun group walking alongside. I am really grateful for the connections we were lucky to make and conversations we had... all facilitated by the energies of this powerful full moon. Times are changing, guys! Put your seatbelt on and enjoy YOUR ride! Really, enjoy it! ????✨????????????????????????????✨???? #myanmar #
