Somehow Monday and Tuesday were so productive that I feel completely drained this Wednesday ???? (to be fair, the weekend was quite adventurous with all the crown molding installation fun). Sergey and I have been practicing yoga every morning for over a week and it's been great! Some consistency helps find focus and receive the most benefits. Having said that, I still need to mention the awesome local winery we did visit. With French influence their selection steps away from sugary Californian grapes and delivers crisp and fresh Chardonnay and unfiltered Pinot Noir (a bottle of which we brought home ????). . ????????????
