Одним из обязательных пунктов моей программы в Риме была дегустация пиццы. Я остановила свой выбор на пицце с рыбой tuna ( впоследствии оказалось, что это всего-навсего тунец ). В России я никогда не заказывала пиццу с рыбой, да и в меню даже такой не видела. Поэтому представляла себе малоаппетитное зрелище с рыбой вроде кильки, запеченной целиком, с головами и хвостами ????. Но теперь это мой фаворит ????. Мне особенно импонирует болгарская кухня. Обилие брынзы и морепродуктов. У меня пока два фаворита - таратор ( суп вроде окрошки, но без обилия дешевой колбасы и полной крахмала картошки. Только айран, огурец, зелень и орехи ) и салат по-шопски. Последний можно назвать "разновидностью" греческого салата, только с тертой брынзой.
